St. George’s Parish Church
The Parish Church of San Jorge was built between 1728 and 1735 based on a design by Pedro Morloti Samoneti. It is a Baroque church with a single nave, a rectangular floor plan, and a square apse, located next to the former Pola Palace.
The building features a nave approximately 40 meters long and is covered by a wooden ribbed vault. The parish offices and the Chapel of Santa Clementina are located on the north side. Inside, it houses an important collection of Baroque altarpieces created during different periods.
