A beautiful, wide sandy cove with rocks, of great scenic value and geotouristic appeal, as the cross-section of its cliffs clearly reveals the unique characteristics of the strata that reflect the formation of the Cabo Peñas coastline over successive periods.

San Pedro de Antromero Beach and the outcrops surrounding it are a veritable geology classroom, as here, within a very small area, one can observe turbidite facies with abundant sedimentary, carboniferous, and continental structures, overlain by Cretaceous marine limestones containing very well-preserved fossils.
