Fountain Pruning Contest

In keeping with the popular Asturian tradition of decorating fountains with branches for the feast of San Xuan, and with the aim of promoting the preservation of the municipality’s ethnographic heritage, the Gozón City Council is organizing the Fountain Decoration Contest.

Any individual or organization in the municipality of Gozón who wishes to do so may participate.

The regulations are updated annually and can be viewed on the Gozón City Council website.

Registration

Registration can be completed:

• In person, at the Gozón Tourist Office (C/ Gijón, No. 6, Asturias Maritime Museum).
  • Monday through Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
