The Headquarters will collect personal data whenever such collection is lawful under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation, whether with the consent of the data subject, in the exercise of public authority, or in the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

In general, data will only be disclosed to other government agencies in compliance with a legal obligation, or to third parties as a result of carrying out an activity or performing a contract, and in all cases, it will be ensured that the data processor complies with the provisions of Article 28 of the Regulation.

The City Council collects and retains only the following information about visitors to our website:
- The domain name of the provider that gives them access to the network (ISP).
- The date and time of access to our Website.
- The web address from which the link to our website originated.
- The number of daily visitors to each section of the website.
- The browser used to view the website.
